Welcome to Bridge and Refuge of North Carolina! The spiritual journey can be long and lonely. At Bridge and Refuge my goal is to help you shoulder a little of the load on that journey, and to provide you with practices to help you grow.
When considering Bridge and Refuge for your spiritual direction needs, know that your experience will be tailored to you. I offer instruction in a variety of meditations and spiritual practices, as well as multifaith consulting for organizations and houses of worship. I am a practicing Buddhist and some of the work I offer is informed by my faith, but Bride and Refuge is an multifaith/nonfaith affirming service.
